I wanted to take a moment to comment on the services rendered by Mr. Gattis and his staff, Marilyn in particular. It is far more frequent that people post negative reviews than take the time to post a review when things go right...or very well. I want to say that Marilyn went above and beyond in my case. She was diligent, timely, thorough, and persistent. She kept me informed and abreast of developments in real time.
