Cherry Hill Imports Auto Group Trusted

Management and entire team are excellent! Thanks for the great customer service George and Robert!

To the Management Team at Mercedes-Benz of Cherry Hill, I wanted to take a moment to recognize Brent Waters for the exceptional level of service he provided during my recent visit. Brent is a true professional. He took the time to thoroughly walk me through both the purchasing process and the technical aspects of the vehicle, offering clear, thoughtful explanations that made a real impact. His approach was not only knowledgeable, but patient and genuinely client-focused. I am currently in the market for a new S-Class, and without question, Brent is the representative I intend to work with. Experiences like this build confidence and loyalty, and he represents your brand at a very high level. You have a strong asset in Brent. I appreciate the level of service he delivered and look forward to continuing the relationship with both him and your team. Thank you for maintaining that standard. Best regards, John McClenny S550 Owner

We came in today to lease a new Volkswagon after doing some researching online. Admittedly, I was pretty nervous because I’ve never bought or leased a new car before and this nervousness had me putting off upgrading to a new vehicle. Chris Szary (I took his business card so I knew how to spell it!), the man who helped us out today, made us feel super comfortable right away. He answered all of our questions, made us feel welcome, and led us through the process smoothly. If there were bumps on the back end, I didn’t feel them. Honestly, I never leave reviews for places I go, but Chris did such a good job making a “scary” experience for me feel so casual, inviting, and easy, I felt compelled to compliment him here. We’ll be back again for upgrades when we need them, for sure! Also, the car is lovely. 2024 Taos. Go check it out.

Was in a time crunch to get winter tires prior to a trip into a large storm. Teresa was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure I had that and some critical service completed prior to my trip.
